HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Tickets in the site navigation and underneath it, tap on EXCHANGE
- Follow the prompts to select which event you want to change
- Select which event you want to go to instead
- Submit COMPLETE to confirm you want to perform the exchange from one event to the other. And you’re done!
- Don’t forget to return to My Account and download your new tickets to your mobile wallet

WHAT ARE CONTACTLESS MOBILE TICKETS?
Contactless mobile tickets are tickets that you add to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app. They are similar to traditional event tickets but are easier to use and more secure. Mobile Tickets communicate with a scanner wirelessly by holding your smartphone close to a ticket scanner similar to how your smartphone makes an Apple or Google payment.
