All bid proposals are submitted electronically using DynamicForms. No other submission method will be accepted, unless otherwise disclosed in the RFP Instructions and Specifications. The confirmation of receipt of your response must be noted as 鈥淪igned鈥 no later than the 鈥淧roposals Due鈥 date and time specified in the RFP. The Forms History of your DynamicForms account will also note the date and time of your proposal submission. Proposals submitted after the 鈥淧roposals Due鈥 date and time specified above will not be accepted.
