A prominent political strategist, lawyer and advocate for positive change in the political process will serve as the keynote speaker at Kent State University鈥檚 annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration. Angela Rye, principal and CEO of IMPACT Strategies, will join the university in celebrating the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. on Jan. 23 at 3:30 p.m. in the Kent Student Center Ballroom.

Kent State to Honor Veterans on Nov. 8
Kent State University will hold its annual Veterans Day observance on Thursday, Nov. 8, at 11 a.m. at the Kent Student Center Kiva. The program, Honoring All Who Serve, will include a flag-raising ceremony conducted by a joint color guard from the university鈥檚 Army and Air Force ROTC programs on 鈥
